Focuses:To promote the Micro Hydro Plants  in the community for electrification and improvement of the living condition e.g. health, to conserve forest  and save the labor and energy of the womenDetail survey, Monitoring of the ongoing project, coordination with the local level, Facilitate for installer selection, installation and post installation, end use promotion, Social Mobilization, To promote the improved cook stoves in the community for the improvement of the health, to conserve forest and save the labor and energy of the women through 13 local partners in 3 districts and facilitate the community for getting the subsidy in solar home system and Installation of Solar System in subsidy for the water pumping for drinking waterInstitutional Strengthening and Decentralized Energy Management Initiatives(DEMI).
