Focuses:To promote the Micro Hydro Plants  in the community for electrification and improvement of the living condition eg health, to conserve forest  and save the labor and energy of the women.Detail survey, Monitoring of the ongoing project, coordination with the local level, Facilitate for installer selection, installation and post installation, end use promotion, Social Mobilization.
